August 27, 2009	Woodland Village receives Mass Housing Project Eligibility Approval Letter
October 22, 2009	Woodland Village Application Received by ZBA with check for $8,500 and letter contesting the application fees.
October 26, 2009	Town Planner sends copies of Woodland Village plans to Town Boards and Depts for review.
November 3, 2009	ZBA sends letter to Woodland Village that they cannot accept their application without the full filing fees.
November 4, 2009	Comments received by ZBA from Doug Billings- Water Dept.
November 24, 2009	Hanover receives letter from DHCD confirming Hanover’s compliance with the Affordable Housing Plan from October 29, 2009 until October 28, 2011.
December 3, 2009	ZBA sends letter to Woodland Village stating they are in compliance with DHCD SHI.
December 3, 2009	Applicant sends in $29,500 check with letter objecting to fees and reserving right to appeal them for refund.
December 14, 2009	Selectmen send letter to ZBA with their review of the project
December 17, 2009	Woodland Village files appeal to Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD).
December 22, 2009	Conservation Commission letter of review received.
