The Town of Hanover, Massachusetts is seeking bids from qualified bidders for the procurement of services to evaluate a property for a potential affordable housing development.
The subject property is an 8-acre parcel, Assessor Plan Map 55, Lot 010. The IFB may be obtained from the Town Manager’s Office, 550 Hanover Street, Hanover, MA, or electronically by emailing procurement@hanover-ma.gov.
A site visit is required on August 8, 2024, at 10:00 am. Bids are due by 12:00 pm on August 12, 2024. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
