Board of Trust Fund Commissioners
The Board of Trust Fund Commissioners was established by the Town at the 1988 Annual Town Meeting, pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 41 Section 45, which states in part that the Board "shall have the management of all trust funds given or bequeathed for the benefit of the town or the inhabitants therof, unless the donor in making the gift or bequest shall otherwise provide."
